BIOGRAPHY
Ms. Phyllis Randazzo Divins was a partner at the former Divins & Divins, PC. for approximately ten years with her husband, Byron Divins, Jr. and has now joined the firm Capetola & Divins as an associate. Prior to establishing Divins & Divins, PC with her husband, she practiced in a variety of areas of civil law throughout her career advocating for both plaintiffs and defendants. Her current practice focuses on civil litigation including personal injury. She also handles matrimonial, bankruptcy and foreclosure cases as well.
